The name Enam Wellness is inspired by the Arabic word “enam,” which means blessing or gift.
This name was chosen because our body is our greatest gift. It has been supporting us our whole lives. It loves us unconditionally, during the good times and the bad.
But sometimes it doesn’t feel like a blessing.
When a chronic symptom or condition slows us down or has significantly impacted our lives in some way, it’s hard to feel like our body is still supporting us. But it is. It’s been fighting for us the whole time.
We at Enam Wellness are here to remind you of this fundamental truth. We honor your body and respect how hard it’s been working. We help educate and empower you to tap into your body’s restorative mechanisms to bring it back into balance.
